I have astounding new research to tell you all - Sausages are the most dangerous food. Ever.

Yes they are.

I cooked four of them about 30 minutes ago and no matter how hard I try to not make them spit, they do anyway. I never fail to either get burnt. I also never succeed in actually keeping all of the oil in the pan. It seems like half of it spits out and all over the cooker. But they were nice, nonetheless.
